课程简介《机场地勤实务》是我院航空服务专业的专业核心课，本课程以机场地勤对客服务过程为主线，以工作情境引导理论知识，使学生掌握基于机场对客服务过程的相关专业及岗位知识，具备机场问询岗、行李查询岗、值机员、安检员、广播员等工作能力。本课程设计以提供优质地服为宗旨，以岗位对接为导向，基于职业分析，落实培养目标，构建课程知识模块结构。
“Airport Ground Service”is the main course of Civil Aviation Service specialty. The course takes airport service process as the main thread. It is to make the students know related professional knowledge by many useful ways, such as theory knowledge guided by work contexture. The course is to train the students to possess the airport ground service ability.
