Duty Free Procurement Methods
Customers are required to present their boarding passes (or valid IDs for international airline crew) in order to shop at Sunrise.
If customers wish to take advantage of our “pre-order outbound and pick-up inbound” service, they are asked to order and pay for their merchandise upon departure and upon return, they are required to present their return boarding passes at the arrival shop for pick-up.
Customers with onward transits are advised to consult with our sales assistants regarding relevant airline policies on liquids and gel items.
All merchandise are priced in RMB, however Sunrise also accepts other major currencies (USD, HKD, EUR, and JPY) as well as all major credit cards.

To shop at the airport, one may use the resources to the fullest. Now, at the Capital Airport, you can take advantage of couples of special service to enjoy a better shopping experience.
1.Better price
Capital Airport now offers affordable prices. The cheapest mineral water is sold at 1.5Yuan per bottle. A cup of instant noodle is sold at 3.5Yuan while a whole duck from Quanjude is only sold at 88Yuan.
2.More variety
More than 130 stores are located at the three terminals in total. Beyond 60,000 kinds of products can be found, including food, books and magazines, perfume and cosmetics, clothing and accessories and many more. From daily products to luxury brands, the Capital Airport offers all you want. Especially, there are many travel-exclusive products.
3.30 days no reason refund or exchange
If you are not totally satisfied with the product, you can refund or exchange it anytime within the 30 days after the purchase. However, this policy only applies to certain product categories, like clothing and bags. Also, you should keep the receipt and return the free gift together if applicable.
4.15 days double return of the difference
There are many brand stores at the airport. If the airport price is found higher than the high-street one, you can request double return of the price difference within 15 days after the purchase.
5.Check-in help
Do not worry if you have too much luggage. The shop assistants can help you with the check-in process at zero cost.
6.Bulky product help
If you buy large pieces of products after the check-in, the shop assistant can definitely help you carry the products to your boarding gate at zero cost as well.
7.Free delivery
If you do not want to travel with the purchased products, like clothing and luggage, you may ask for free delivery. The products can be posted to the required address as long as it is where the express delivery is available.
8.Free clothes alter service
Free alter service is provided in the stores to make you have perfect purchases. The better fitted clothes will be posted to you then.
9.Free product storage service
You can store the purchased products at the airport and pick them up by yourself later when you are on the return journey. Alternatively, you can ask the shop assistant to bring them to your gate.
10.Booking on the phone
Though not at the airport, you can shop from the airport on your phone.
