Airport Service Ambassador
"We are right here for you"
• The airport service ambassadors provide you with warm and considerate services. • Airport service ambassadors of Inquiry Service Counter provide incoming and outgoing passengers with inquiry services related to passenger procedure, flight information, terminal building passenger service facilities, etc;
• Airport service ambassadors provide special assistance and services to the senior, young, sick, handicapped or pregnant passengers;
• Airport service ambassadors provide instructions on any procedure that you go through in the terminal building;
• If you need any help in the terminal building, please contact the airport service ambassadors. The airport service ambassadors will serve you in each area of the terminal building on a mobile basis.

• Check-In Time
• 旅客办理乘机手续的时间一般不迟于客票列明的航班规定离站时间前90分钟，截止办理乘机手续时间为航班规定离站时间前30分钟。国际航班办理乘机手续的截止期限大多数在航班飞机离站时间前3个小时。（具体时间以客票中“旅客须知”为准）
• 温馨提示：前往拉萨的航班截止办票时间为航班起飞前40分钟
• The check-in time should be no late than 90 minutes than the due departure time of the flight. The close time is 30 minutes before scheduled taking-off time. International flight should be checked in 3 hours before departure.
Security Check 1. Passengers on domestic flights are not allowed to carry on liquids, which can be carried in your checked luggage though, in accordance with relevant packaging provisions. Passengers on International & Regional Flights are allowed to carry on liquid with the volume of each container of liquid items should not exceed 100ml. Containers of liquid items should be packed in a transparent plastic bag that can be re-sealed. The volume of the bag should be no more than 1L. Each passenger can carry only one bag on one flight. Bags that exceed the limitations should be checked.
2. It is forbidden for passengers to carry any lighter or match, either placed in the carry-on or in the check-in baggage.
3. Passengers may carry a small amount of cosmetics for personal use on the journey. Only one container of each category can be carried with the passengers and the volume should not exceed 100ml. The containers should be packed separately and go through open-bottle inspection.
4. Passengers can carry electronic products that incorporate lithium/lithium ion battery cell or battery, and such devices must be intended only for private use (such as watches, calculator, mobile phone, laptop computer, portable video camera). Lithium battery must be protected from short circuit and can only be taken as carry-on baggage.
海关检查须知
1、没有携带应向海关申报物品的旅客，无需填写《中华人民共和国海关进出境旅客行李物品申报单》，可选择¡°无申报通道¡±（又称¡°绿色通道¡±，标识为¡°绿色圆圈¡±）通关。
2、携带有应向海关申报物品的旅客，应当填写本申报单，向海关书面申报，并选择¡°申报通道¡±（又称¡°红色通道¡±，标识为¡°红色方块¡±）通关。海关免予监管的人员以及随同成人旅行的16周岁以下旅客可不填写申报单。
3、中华人民共和国禁止进境物品
a、各种武器、仿真武器、弹药及爆炸物品。
b、伪造的货币及伪造的有价证券。
c、对中国政治、经济、文化、道德有害的印刷品、胶卷、照片、唱片、影片、录影带、录像带、激光唱盘、激光视盘、计算机存储介质及其它物品。
d、各种烈性毒药。
e、鸦片、吗啡、海洛因、大麻以及其它能使人成瘾的麻醉品、精神药物。
f、新鲜水果、茄科蔬菜、活动物（犬、猫除外）、动物产品、动植物病原体和害虫及其它有害生物、动物尸体、土壤、转基因生物材料、动植物疫情流行的国家和地区的有关动植物及其产品和其他应检物。
g、有碍人畜健康的、来自疫区的以及其它能传播疾病的食品、药品或其它物品。
4、中华人民共和国禁止出境物品
a、列入禁止进境范围的所有物品。
b、内容涉及国家秘密的手稿、印刷品、胶卷、照片、唱片、影片、录音带、录像带、激光唱盘、激光视盘、计算机存储介质及其它物品。
c、珍贵文物及其它禁止出境的文物。
d、濒危的和珍贵的动植物（均含标本）及其种子和繁殖材料。
边防检查须知
1、出境a、办妥登机手续、通过海关、出入境检验检疫的检查，到边防检查出境候检大厅时，请检查妥当您的护照证件、签证签注和登机牌。
b、外国旅客（团体签证成员除外）需在出港候检大厅出境登记卡填写台填写出境登记卡，中国大陆、港澳、台湾居民无需填写。
c、准备好护照证件、签证、登机牌和出境登记卡后，依次排队等候检查，旅游团队成员在领队带领下按照团队名单顺序排队候检。
d、如有酒水、刀具等不准携带上飞机的物品，在通过边防检查前托运。
2、入境
a、旅客需在下飞机时检查妥当护照证件、签证签注以及随身行李，不要遗留在飞机上。
b、外国旅客（团体签证成员除外）入境时需要填写入境登记卡，为节约时间尽量在飞机上填写好入境登记卡；如没有在飞机上填写好，需在入境候检大厅入境登记卡填写台填写。
c、准备好护照证件、签证、入境登记卡后，依次排队等候检查，旅游团队成员在领队带领下按照团队名单顺序排队候检。
3、在通过边防检查时需取下帽子、口罩、墨镜。
4、照顾好随行儿童，将他（她）的护照证件一同交给检查员检查。
5、通过边防检查后，带好自己的行李物品。
6、行动不便的旅客，或有其它特殊需要，可及时告知边防检查人员。
