2. Theme
“Innovative Culture, Fashionable Life and Unique Sichuan”
This is to implement the plan to accelerate the construction of a strong cultural Province and a strong tourism Province. To make greater contributions in elevating Sichuan to a new level, to promote cultural exchanges among countries along the “Belt and Road”, and to build Chengdu into a world-renowned cultural city. So as to better promote the ancient civilization of Sichuan, specifically in Chengdu, and to realize the historical significance of Qionglai in the high-quality development of the region’s cultural and creative industries.

5. Arrangement of the Competition
We will collect artwork from our cooperative members globally. The central theme is “Innovative Culture, Fashionable Life and Unique Sichuan”, including the following 4 categories:
(1)Branding and Packaging Design
Content requirements: Branding and Packaging Design is for a certain type of product or company (not including single logo design), both actual and invented brands are acceptable. The actual brand design works must be approved by the brand before participating. We encourage the competition of works with a certain degree of innovation in the use of material and craftsmanship.
Type requirements: Brand image design (combined with packaging design), packaging image design, packaging container design, packaging structure design, packaging material design, etc. In particular, products that can "bring to life" Sichuan traditional culture and lead in modern high-quality living are encouraged to participate.
(2)Cultural Product Design
Content requirements: Cultural and creative products with the theme of a modern city and rural revitalization. It is required to develop products from multiple perspectives such as history, rural culture, myths and legends, scenic spots, cultural relics, folk intangible cultural heritage, and local cuisine.
Type requirements: Printed products, digital products, clothing and accessories, furniture and home furnishing products, arts and crafts products that can "bring to life" the traditional culture of Sichuan and lead in modern high-quality living are encouraged to participate.
Specification requirements: The format of the electronic file is JPG, colour mode RGB, specification A3 (297*420mm), resolution 150dpi. Submit no more than 3 pictures, the content could be design description, three views of work, scene application renderings or photos (should reflect overall, partial or combined effects), structure description diagrams, etc., the size of a single picture does not exceed 20M.
(3)Industrial Product Design
Content requirements: Industrial products developed based on real life needs, with a high potential for manufacturing enterprises to transform production, which will help the transformation and upgrading of related industrial product systems.
Type requirements: Digital products, household products, vehicles, etc., are especially encouraged to participate in the evaluation of products that "bring to life" Sichuan traditional culture and lead in modern high-quality living.
Specification requirements: The required format of the electronic file is JPG, color mode RGB, specification A3 (297*420mm), resolution 150dpi. Submit no more than 3 pictures, the content could be design description, three views of the work, scene application renderings or photos ( reflect the overall and partial or combined effect), structure description diagram, etc., the size of a single picture does not exceed 20M.
(4)Environment and Space Design
Content requirements: Landscape, environmental and architectural design works with themes of scenic villages, public and commercial spaces, etc., which are divided into rural construction and cultural spaces. The cultural space category requires cultural, creative, and thematic planning and transformation of urban public spaces and commercial spaces to create different urban art.
Type requirements: The scope of works covers interior home design, rural environment renovation, rural and urban landscape design, public building design, public art, industrial heritage renovation design, interior decoration space design, etc.
Specification requirements: The required format of the electronic file is JPG, color mode RGB, specification A3 (297*420mm), resolution 150dpi. Submit no more than 3 pictures, the content could be design description, analysis image, floor plans, elevations, renderings or photos (to reflect the overall and partial effect), etc., the size of a single picture does not exceed 20M.

Please name the subject of the email as "entry work category + author name+ university or company + work name".
7. Requirement of submitted artwork
lAll entries must be original, independent and have own intellectual property rights, and must not plagiarize. All legal disputes shall be borne by the contestants themselves.
lEntries that have participated in other design competitions and won awards or designed products for third parties are not allowed to participate. All legal disputes shall be borne by the contestants themselves.
lFor the name of all submitted content, please note "entry work category + author name +university or company+ work name" for information verification and selection.
8. Competition arrangement and key activity

lExpert evaluation period: 21st Nov---30th Nov,2020
The competition follows the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, and conducts selection and evaluation in a scientific and rigorous manner based on strict evaluation procedures and scoring standards. The selection review is divided into two stages: preliminary evaluation and final evaluation.
lAward exhibition
We will announce awarded artwork on the official website.
We will put on online and local park exhibitions.
Seek for possible cooperation with enterprises.
9. Award and certificate
(Provided by the Organizer, the total amount cash prize of this competition is 100 thousand RMB)
1 First Prize: 20000 RMB with a certificate
2 Second Prizes: 10000 RMB for each with a certificate
10 Third Prizes: 3000 RMB for each with a certificate
30 Finalists Prizes: 1000 RMB for each with a certificate
Note: Personal income tax regulated by related Chinese laws will be taken by the winner himself.
lAll awards will be processed by RMB
lAll the intellectual achievements and property rights of the awarded artworks belong to organizers. (a signature is needed on the “Copyright Commitment Letter”)
