联盟搭建教育信息、学术资源共享交流合作平台；探索跨校、跨国人才培养新机制，促进联盟成员间的多向互动，积极探索开展双边、多边联合办学，优质资源共享，培养具有较宽视野的高素质艺术人才；开展联盟院校及企业间的需求对接与交流与合作；开展艺术教育和艺术学术研究及“非物质文化遗产”传承创新研究及产品开发，促进文化、学术交流与发展；举办国际艺术创新设计类竞赛；举办国际艺术论坛。

The alliance establishes a platform for sharing and cooperation of educational information and academic resources; explores new mechanisms for cross-university and cross-border talent cultivation to promote multi-directional interaction among members of the alliance; actively explores and carries out bilateral and multilateral joint education and cultivates high-quality art talents with a wide vision; implements demand docking, exchange and cooperation between alliance colleges and enterprises; carries out art education, academic research, inheritance, innovation research and "intangible cultural heritage" product development; promotes cultural and academic exchanges and development, international art innovation and design competition and holds International Art Forum annually.
