英国南埃塞克斯学院作为联盟成员，其代表Ms.Mel女士在联盟2019年理事会上和与会成员代表分享了英国的艺术教育。

    联盟就是平台，联盟成员间利用这个平台互通有无、交流经验，合作共赢，联盟秘书处会不定期邀请成员单位开展讲座沙龙等活动。

The South Essex College, as a member of the alliance, is represented by Ms.Mel. She shared art education in the UK with representatives of the members at the 2019 Council of the alliance.

The alliance is the platform to exchange information, experience and win-win cooperation. The Secretariat of the alliance will invite Member units to hold lectures and salons from time to time.
